Philosophy On A Clear Day oil-free foaming acne cleanser

I bought this as part of a 3-piece set.  I love the lotion, but not this.  After using the cleanser, which barely foams, my face did not feel clean.  It felt like I didn't even wash it.  As for the acne prevention, I didn't notice a difference at all.  I don't think it did anything as far as cleansing.  I think that the lotion with retinol did all of the heavy lifting.  I will not use this again.

Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Face Wash

I usually love ALL Burt's Bees products, but this one is terrible.  After washing, the cleanser leaves a film on your face that won't rinse off.  Also, the "exfoliating beads" are soft, and they do not exfoliate at all.  In fact, they have become stuck in my hair, and in my eye, and they are difficult to get off of your skin.  I don't think that it helps breakouts at all either.  I will not finish using this product.

Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Fash Wash

I feel like this works pretty well for minor breakouts.  You can definitely feel the menthol when washing, as well as the smell.  I wish that the exfoliating beads were smaller and worked better.  This does not over-dry my face, and I only use it when I feel oily, or it is that time of the month when my skin flares more often.

Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser

I love this cleanser!  I tried a sample from Sephora, and just purchased the full size.  For $21, I feel like it is totally worth it.  The cleanser actually foams up, and my face feels tight, but not dry after using it.  It has a really mild soap/ clean scent.  My skin tends to break out, and it hasn't at all using this product.  Happy washing!
